Dorothy Mae Ginsel, née Smith, was born April 4, 1920, in Giddings, Texas, and passed away Thursday, November 7, 2019, at the age of 99 years, seven months and three days.  In 1949, she married Gilbert Ginsel of Elgin and soon began raising a family on their new farm near Manor, Texas.
