Tracy Breeding

December 6, 1965 — February 16, 2023

Manor, Texas

On December 6, 1965, in Fayette County, Texas, God blessed Virge Marie Grant and Raymond Laurence Breeding with their son known to us as Tracy Laurence Breeding.

Mr. Tracy L. Breeding, went to spend his eternal life with his Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ on Thursday, February 16, 2023.

Tracy grew up in Fayette and Travis Counties spending his schools’ days in Austin Independent School District, graduating from LBJ High School. Tracy continued his education and earned a 3D Studio Design and Animation Certification from Austin Community College and attend the University Missouri Concord CC for Business Administration.

Tracy was employed at the City of Austin / Austin Energy. He was a hard-working man and with dedication and persistence, he became an Inventory Control Supervisor. Moving forward and upward with the company, he became an Environmental Compliance Specialist Senior. Tracy really enjoyed working with Austin Energy and loved the many people who became friends. For twenty-nine years, he was a very dedicated employee and fought really hard to get back to work again to be around those familiar faces.

Tracy was someone who enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a great provider, husband, father, and grandfather. Though he exceeded well in these roles, he was also our best friend, our confidant. If he wasn't working, you could find him gardening with his wife, hanging out with his best friend, playing video games, or rooting on his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys. He was someone who kept to himself, but he was always the most funniest person in the room. He enjoyed cooking whether it was in the kitchen or on the BBQ pit. He had a natural talent for creating different dishes. Tracy was an amazing artist when it came to drawing, writing, or taking pictures.

Tracy knew God and feared Him, he is preceded in death by his mother, Virge Marie Wells, father, Raymond Laurence Breeding; and her grandparents, Virg Grant and Everline Scott.

Tracy leaves treasured memories in the hearts of his wife, Jeane Marie Breeding; sons, Jovan L. Breeding and Zachary P. Castillo and his wife, Sally; daughter, April F Gonzales and her fiancée, Ryan P. Cosgrave; grandchildren, Jonathan S. Castillo, Destanie M. Castillo, and Zailah J. Castillo; several uncles, aunts, cousins and host of other relatives and friends.

Tracy was the king of our household. He fought really hard all the way up until the very end. He will be deeply missed, and he will forever have a part of our hearts.  We will always love you….

Special thanks to all who have contributed to our go fund me page. As well as those who donated directly to the family. Thank you to everyone who supported us with acts of kindness, for lending an ear and who have just been such a wonderful support system.
