Teresa Rangel

October 15, 1951 — February 2, 2013

Teresa Navarrete Rangel, 61, school cafeteria cook of Elgin, formerly of Ajuchitlan, Guerrero, Mexico, passed away early Saturday morning, February 2, 2013. She is survived by her husband Luis Avila Rangel. The family will receive guests at the Elgin Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday, February 4th with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM. A Celebration of Christian Burial Mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic of Elgin at 10:00 AM Tuesday, February 5th with Father George officiating. Interment will follow at the Elgin Latin Cemetery.
