Sandra Fragosa

Sandra Hughes Fragosa, 46, retired executive health services secretary, passed away peacefully Sunday evening, January 15, 2012. She was born the first of four children to Deborah Jaecks and Kenneth Hughes on August 21, 1965, in Elgin, Texas. She grew up in the Elgin area and worked in Austin until her retirement. After retiring, she spent her most memorable years hunting and ranching in Gonzalez County on the Blackjack Ranch with her husband, A.J. Fragosa, Jr.
