Russell L. Herndon, of Elgin formerly of Southwest Texas, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017. Family and Friends gathered to celebrate his life during a Graveside Service at the Uvalde Cemetery on Thursday, June 1st with Dr. Elmer Herndon officiating.
