Chalio was born Saturday, August 30, 2013 to Julian and Viviana Rangel. Chalio had a full and happy 100 years of life. At the ripe age of 16, he married his 18 year old sweetheart, Rataela Bega at and was married until Rafaela passed away in 1989. He is preceded in death by his parents Julian and Viviana Rangel wife, Rataela Rangel three brother and three sisters. Chalio is survived by three sons, Ramon Rangel Elena, Lole Rangel Dora, Angel Rangel Ana four daughters, Gloria Saenz John, Janie Mata, Rebecca Castro Ricardo and Maria Estrada Oscar and one sister. Chalio is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grand children and greatgreatgreat grandchildren.Chalio will be dearly missed by all his family and friends as we say a final goodbye to Chalio. We know he will finally be going home to rest and reunite with his parents, wife and the rest of his family that were waiting for him with loving open arms. And in the words that we dearly remember him saying, we now say to himBye Baby Bye. We will love and forever remember him. The family would like to say a special thank you to everyone that helped the family in this time of need. A special thank you to, Griselda Pulido RN, Reverend Pamela Brooker, Tina Bollman Social Worker and the rest of the Hospice Austin staff that made a great effort to comfort us in this time of need.The family will receive guests at Elgin Funeral Home at 6:00 PM with the Holy Rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM, Sunday, November 17, 2013. A Celebration of Christian Burial Mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Elgin at 10:00 AM Monday, November 18th with Father George officiating. Inurnment will be at Elgin Latin Cemetery with Johnny Joe Saenz, Jacob Rangel, Drew Gonzales, Lewis Castro, Fabian De La Luz, and Angel Rangel, Jr. acting as pallbearers.
