Robert Favela

Robert Favela, 21, of Elgin, Texas, gained his wings on Saturday, August 13,2022. Robert was born to Yolanda Favela and Catarino Favela on June 4, 2001. He worked for Humble Movers for a couple of years. Robert was blessed with a baby girl, Arlette Briann Favela on December 24, 2019. It was the best day of his life. He loved being a Father. He spent every moment he could with her and would drop everything when it came to his little princess. Arlette’s favorite saying was “Dang Robert” or “Where my Robert”.

Robert is preceded in death by his mother, Yolanda Favela; his brother, Edward Herrera; and sister, Rosalinda Herrera.

Robert is survived by his loving family. His pride and joy, daughter, Arlette Briann Favela; father, Catarino Favela; Godmother, Jrene Villarreal; five sisters, Erika Favela, Ashley De Leon, Irene Trevino, Julie Trevino, and Crystal Trevino; two brothers, David Herrera, and Raymond Herrera; girlfriend, Vanessa Medina; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends. He will be greatly missed by all he left behinds to be with the Lord.

Friends and family will gather at Elgin Funeral Home, Friday, August 19th from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM.  A Funeral Service will be conducted at Elgin Funeral Home at 1:00 PM with Father Paul officiating.  Interment will follow at Elgin Latin Cemetery.
