Patricia Mckean

Patricia McKean, 64, of Elgin, Texas, passed away in the early morning Monday, September 5, 2022.  Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends she had touched throughout her very memorable life.  Patricia devoted much of her time and energy to others. She was happiest surrounded by people. She never met a stranger, was always willing to help, and brought a smile to everyone who met her.

Patricia was preceded in death by her father, Lonnie Galloway and mother, Lillian Galloway; and her brother and sister. She is survived by her husband, Jim McKean; son, Grant McKean; numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. Patricia Anne McKean was a loving wife, mother, aunt, and friend who will be deeply missed and forever loved.

Serving with Grace and Honor as Casket Carriers are Mario Martinez, Marcos Martinez, Thomas Gould, Brandon Vizcarra, Jett Moore,and Grant McKean.

She will lie in state at Elgin Funeral Home Wednesday, September 14th from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM.  A Funeral Service will be conducted at Lost Pines Cowboy Church of Elgin Thursday, September 15th at 11:00 AM with Pastor Gregory Long presiding.  Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
