Ollie Louis "Red" Russell, 83, of Elgin, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2015. The family will receive guests at the Elgin Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM Saturday, December 26th. A Home Going Celebration will follow at Noon on Saturday at the Sayers Cemetery with the Reverend L.R. Wilson officiating.
