Nadine Erixson

Nadine Erixson died Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at her home in Elgin, Texas at the age of 93.

She was born June 23, 1928, to Elmer Ralph Ritchhart and Florence Nadine Ritchhart in Des Moines, Iowa. She recently moved to Elgin, after spending her entire life working and raising a family in the Des Moines area. She lived her life to the fullest and on her own terms.  She was a loving grandmother and friend to many and will be missed by all.

She is survived by her sister, Velda Barkley of Waukee, IA; her brother, Steve Ritchhart and wife Catherine of East Lansing, MI; her son, Reverend James Erixson and wife Betsy of Summerville, SC; her two daughters, Claudine Herrod and husband Wayne of Buckeye, AZ and Susan Otteros of Lake Havasu City, AZ; her four grandsons, Chad Mitchell, Chris Erixson, Kevin Erixson and Ryan Otteros; her granddaughter, Tiffany Finley; two great-grandsons, Nikolai and Deklan Finley; three great-granddaughters, Leyla Otteros and Greta and Svea Erixson; and numerous extended family and dear friends.
