Merced Garza

Mercedes H. Garza of Elgin, Texas passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2013. She was born on September 24, 1930 in McDade, Texas to parents Solomon and Anastasia Hernandez. Mercedes enjoyed spending time will all her children and their families. She would spend most her time visiting with her sisters and her friends, often sharing a nice lunch at the City Caf and going shopping. She also loved watching Novelas.She is preceded in death by, husband, Dionicio Garza son, Raul Garza grandson, Victor Tee Garza, Jr. granddaughter, Traci Garza.She is survived by four daughters, Mary Ann Martinez, Lupe G. Torres Severino G. Torres, Irene Lara Anthony Lara and Connie Garza two sons, Victor Garza and Gilbert Garza Ester Garza Plus, twentysix grandchildren forty great grandchildren and seven greatgreat grandchildren.Mercedes smile will always be remembered by her family and she will be very dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
