Marcy Kemp

Marcy Coach Kemp, 86, of McDade, Texas, passed away peacefully the evening of Sunday, October 5, 2014.He is survived by his partner, Reta Ward of McDade one son, John Kemp and wife Cindy four stepdaughters, Judy Wilson and husband Greg, P.J. Chatterson, Glenda Jackson, and Edie Muta and husband Phil three step children, Marina Kastner, John Ward and wife Susan, and James Ward and wife Kathy two special grandchildren, Lori Davidson and husband Wayne and Tony Martin and wife Dee eleven grandchildren ten step grandchildren twentyseven great grandchildren fifteen great step grandchildren five greatgreat grandchildren and a host of friends from several basketball and football teams that he has participated in as well as friends from the American Legions where he was a member of.The family will receive guests at the Elgin Funeral Home, Friday, October 10, 2014 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be conducted at the Church of Christ of Elgin at 2:00 PM with Pastor David Marchbanks officiating. Interment will follow at Youngs Prairie Cemetery with Pastor Oscar Graves.
