Madison "Madi" Lee Cahoon

October 19, 1999 — February 2, 2025

Cedar Creek, Texas

I tried to live in this old world, and I did the best I could,

but when God reached out His hand, I grabbed on and was led home.

I know God will open wide your understanding as to why these things must be.

Dying is only a part of living; therefore, celebrate my life…

It is with heavy hearts that today we say goodbye to Madison Lee Cahoon, who left us far too soon, February 02, 2025, at the age of 25, born on October 19, 1999, in Austin, Texas, at South Austin Hospital to Glenn Madison Deal, Sr. and Nina Williams. Madison was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend whose kindness, laughter, and unwavering love will never be forgotten. Madison was passionate about being outdoors; he loved hunting, fishing, horseback riding, driving trucks, and spending time with his family and lifelong friend, Jacob, amongst many others. Madison’s devotion to his family was evident in everything he did, whether sharing stories, offering a helping hand, or simply being there when needed. Madison made a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know him.

Madison leaves to cherish his love and memories, his loving parents, Glenn Madison Deal Sr. and his wife, April; his mother, Nina, and her husband, Warren Phillip-Williams; his grandparents, Judy Fretwell and Don Richardson, who loved and supported him throughout his life here on earth; his cherished siblings Shalonda, Tiffany, Lakeisha, Deseray, Kayla, Glenn Jr, Glenn III, Kayla, Bryson, Braylon, Cameron, Marcus, and Zane; and a host of other relatives and friends who adored him.

Madison is preceded in death by his beloved dog, Hercules.
