On November 12, 2007, ReneTinoco and Belmi Castelan was blessed with a gift from God – a little bouncing boy, whom they named, Luis Angel Tinoco Castelan.
Luis Angel was born in Austin, Texas. He grew up in the community of Elgin and attended the Elgin Elementary School. He enjoyed playing soccer.
Luis Angel was a happy, cheerful little man, that loved his family. He displayed a love for Jesus at an early age. He was active with his church and their youth activities. He played the drums in the church band.
