Lucille Jones

Lucille Bahn Jones, 99, passed away at her home, surrounded by her loving family, Sunday morning, January 1, 2017. Lucille was born the second of seven children to Harvey and Carrie Brummet Scott on March 23, 1917. She worked for many years as a Dorm Supervisor at the Travis State School until her retirement.

Lucille is preceded in death by both her parents; her husband, Emil Bahn; her husband Glenn Jones; her brother, Ollie Scott; and her sisters, Dixie Wilson and Ruth Ell Bennett.

Lucille is survived by her three sisters, Mary Bryan, Jewel Anderson, and Alma Schmidt; and numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends. The family would like to extend their heart felt gratitude to Maria Quintero for the love and support she gave to our sister this past year and to Bill Houston for his unending support.
