Mrs. Lucille Fraim, 95, passed away peacefully, after an extended illness, on Monday evening, June 10, 2013. Lucille was born in Elgin, Texas, one of nine children, to Milton Foy Snowden and Pearl Mae DeLoach Snowden on October 29, 1917. She was a lifetime resident of Elgin, where she attended and graduated from Elgin High School. She was a hard worker and began working at an early age for Southwestern Bell Company as a switch board operator and would later retire after serving in many facets including Education Specialist. Lucille continued her interest as a business woman with Bastrop County as County Clerk elect. She was also a longtime member of Elgins Central Christian Church, serving in many capacities over the years.Lucille was preceded in death by both her parents, two brothers, six sisters, one niece, and one nephew. She was also predeceased by her three loving and devoted husbands, Lyle Talley, William T. McCulllough, and Reverend Edward Fraim. She leaves to cherish her memory a host of loving nieces, nephews, and dear friends.A funeral service was held graveside at Elgin Cemetery on Saturday, June 15th at 3:00 PM with Doctor Gary Snowden of Lees Summit, Missouri officiating.
