Leslie Ellen Pearson, of Pflugerville, TX, passed away peacefully at the age of 60, surrounded by her family on Thursday, June 23, 2016. She was born Leslie Ellen Conner in Austin, TX, the youngest of four children to Thomas Earl Conner and Jean Francis (Rankin) Conner on November 15, 1955. She grew up in San Jose, CA, where she was a star track athlete in High School, and later moved back to Texas. She was one of the most giving and caring people you would ever meet, and was extremely compassionate when it came to animals - she'd be the one to bring home a dog in need. Leslie helped support many of her close friends and their children when she was able to; she was even a type of foster parent to some when they were in need.Leslie was an active member of the Pflugerville Community Church and the Women's Wednesday Bible Study. She sincerely believed in being of service to people always trying to find way in which she could help others. Leslie was always full of happiness for her family and friends, and loved celebrating the holidays - she would bring goodie bags for the adults and children for Halloween and Christmas. She enjoyed craft nights where the family would carve pumpkins or just color with the kids. Anything she could do to make other people happy would immediately bring a smile to her face.Leslie is survived by her daughter, Pamela Jean and husband, Carlos Sepeda of Manor; her son, Johnn Lee Davis and wife, Carol of Dale; her three granddaughters, Stephanie and husband Terrance Holley of Manor, Harleigh and Samantha both of Dale.A Memorial Service for this beautiful soul will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016 with her family and close friends. The location is to be determined, please contact the family for more information. Leslie loved the idea of her final resting place being in a crystal clear ocean, and the family will honor this request in October. Leslie has arranged for her remains to be entombed in an Eternal Reef within the blue seas off the Coast of Florida and for her Son and Daughter to have a replica of the reef along with exact coordinates of her remains. In her last weeks, Leslie would talk about how at peace she was and how ready she was to see her Mother and Brother in Heaven. Even in her final days she was able to find the bright side. Leslie's family wants you all to remember how beautiful she was, inside and out. Her family would also like to send a special thank you to the Pflugerville Community Church, and all of her friends who visited and helped her out during this tough time.
