Joyce Milligan

Sister Joyce "Lizzy" Milligan was born November 1, 1964 to Vertie Mae Jackson and James Henry Jackson. Lizzy was called home October 7, 2015 at the age of 50 to be with our heavenly father.Lizzy attended school in the Elgin Independent School District. She was employed by the same district for 13 years. Joyce was a very kind, generous, and loving person.Lizzy leaves in God's hands to share her memories, her mother, Vertie Jackson; her father, James Jackson; her sister, Carol Haywood; two brothers, Willie Jackson, and Brady Center; one son, Tony Jackson; three daughters, Sherie Jackson, Jamie Jackson, and Jasmin Milligan; five step children, Constance Milligan, Labar Milligan, Shontrell Milligan, Brian Milligan and Lamesa Milligan; grandchildren, Tony Jr., Jody, Leileana, Iran, Alana, and the newest edition Raymond. She also leaves behind a former husband, RL Milligan, three nieces, three nephews, twelve step children, and a host of family and friends.
