Jose Arturo Dosal, 52, Horse Groom of McDade, formerly of Mexico City, passed away early Tuesday morning, February 14, 2012. The family will receive guests at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Elgin from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday, February 15th with the Holy Rosary prayed at 7:00 PM. A funeral mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Elgin at 10:00 AM Thursday, February 16th with Father George officiating. Inurnment will be private.
