John Leslie Perry Jr., affectionately known as "Bubba," peacefully passed away at the age of 90 on January 9, 2025, in his beloved home in Elgin, surrounded by the warmth and love of family.
Bubba lived a life deeply rooted in his passion for farming, a testament to his tireless work ethic and dedication to nurturing the land. His heart held a special place for his family; they were his greatest treasure, and he consistently poured his love and support into their lives.
He is mourned by his loving wife of 48 years, Kim Roxanne Jorgensen Perry, who stood by his side through all of life's seasons. He leaves behind his cherished children, Sara Lorraine and Lacy Dawn Perry, who carry forward his legacy of love and resilience.
