Early morning, Wednesday 13 September 2023, Joe O. Trevino, age 79, left us to be with our Heavenly Father. He was born, one of 11 children, to Angelo and Lucia Trevino on Sept. 18, 1943.
Joe O. Trevino was a retired HVAC technician. His greatest joy was spending time with family and friends, playing pool and watching his Cowboys. He loved relaxing at home fishing on the coast. He loved dancing to his oldies and singing to Freddy Fender.
He was known for his sense of humor, and always lovingly joking. He was well known in the community as a great pool player, for his stylish demeanor and his trendy hats. He was loved and cherished by many and will never be forgotten.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Marquez Treviño; his son; five brothers, and one sister. He is survived by his son, Joe Treviño Jr.; his daughter, Diana Treviño; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, whom he was so proud of; his three sisters and one brother; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. Joe “Dad” and “Grandpa” will be greatly missed, but will always remain in our hearts and memories.
