Jessie M. Cervantez, 87, of Taylor passed away Tuesday morning, October 5, 2016. Survived by his wife Angelina. The family will receive guests at the Elgin Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday, October 6th with a Holy Rosary Vigil at 7:00 PM. A Celebration of Christian Burial Mass will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Elgin on Friday, October 7th at 10:00 AM with Father George officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
