James Dewey Bailey, Jr., 97, farmer of Elgin, passed away Saturday morning, September 30, 2017. The family will receive guests at the Elgin Funeral Home Friday, October 6th from Noon until 1:00 PM. A Funeral service will be conducted graveside at Elgin Cemetery at 1:30 Friday, October 6th. Interment will follow.
