Isabel Vega Padro, 87, eye glass manufacturer of Pflugerville, formerly of Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, passed away Sunday morning, February 24, 2013. A funeral service will be conducted graveside at 11:00 AM Thursday, February 28th. Interment will follow at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, Killeen, Texas.
