Haleigh Corinne Wise Watson passed away at the age of 52, in Denver, Colorado, surrounded by loved ones, on July 7, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer. Haleigh was born on July 8, 1963, in Atlanta, Georgia to her parents, James and Shirley Wise. She grew up in Cape Coral, Florida, before moving to Panama City, Florida, where she went to Jinks Jr. High and Bay High School. Haleigh then attended Gulf Coast Community College where she met Hans Watson. They married on June 12, 1989. The Watson"s first child, Claire, was born on September 9,1989. The Watson family then moved to San Antonio, Texas, where they had their second daughter, Scarlett, on July 21, 1993. Haleigh was a loving wife and mother who was proud to stay home and take care of her two children. Throughout her life she was also very involved with gaming, from Dungeons and Dragons in her teen years, to the Camarilla after moving to Texas and then later in life with World of Warcraft.She was preceded in death by both of her parents. Haleigh Watson is survived by her husband, Hans Watson; daughter and son-in-law, Claire and Sean Goodale; her daughter, Scarlett Watson; her brother, James Wise; her sister and brother-in-law, Terri and Byron Harper; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Letha and Kevin Wiley; her sister-in-law, Kimiko Watson; her stepfather, Harold Warren and nine nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be conducted at the Williams Memorial Chapel, Elgin Funeral Home, at 10:00 AM Saturday, August 20th with Father George Joseph officiating. Everyone are welcome to attend and celebrate Haleigh Watson"s life. A repast will be held at Jaliso"s Mexican Restaurant following the service.
