Gladys Koeppe

Gladys Ruth Mehner Koeppe, having reached the age of 87 years, peacefully passed from this life in the early morning hours of Thursday, March 08, 2012. Originally from the Manor area and having previously resided in the Elgin and McDade Communities, Gladys had lived the past nine years at the Parmer Woods Assisted Living, five of which were in the Garden House Memory Unit. After graduating from Manor High School in 1942, she attended Austin Business School. Her work history included, Hilidibrand Construction, the Masons, the State Liquor Control Board, Lawson Rivers cotton buyers, Mr. John Burleson Public Accountant, and the Mogonye Brothers Lumber Company.
