Georgina Francis

Georgina Sally Francis, 85, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on September 11, 2016. Georgina was born in Niagra Falls, NY to Robert Stockman and Janet Maxwell on July 8, 1931. She was a beautiful soul, who raised her family well and enjoyed her career as a waitress for LaSalle Sportsman Club.

Preceded in death by her loving husband of 38 years, George Leonard Francis, Sr.; her son, George Leonard Francis, Jr.; and her granddaughter, Joanne Hosmer.

She is survived her two daughters, Linda Francis and husband Robert and Janet Francis Adams; her son, Charles Francis; nine grandchildren, Todd Hosmer, BobbieJo and husband Mark Resenhoover, Steffany Karsteter, Joshua Adams, Shawn Adams and wife Michelle, Jason Francis and wife Kelly, Robert Francis, Kristen Francis, and Timothy Francis; 12 great-grandchildren, Todd Jr, Lianne, Gregory, Brantly, Adrian, Ashley and husband Levi Nielsen, Jonathan Risenhoover, Christopher Risenhoover, Kacey Francis, Jason Francis, Jr., Madison Francis, and Chance Adams; and two great-great-grandchildren, Brantley and Clayton Nielsen.

The family is assured she dancing happily with her husbands to her favorite Frank Sinatra tunes.

The family requests donations be made in Georgina’s honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
