“A Time to Be Born”
Felicia Desiree`Fletcher a beautiful baby girl was born a miltary child to Odis and Lonnie (Vincent) Fletcher on February 28, 1974, in San Diego, California. She had a big sister, Rhonda, who was excited about her arrival. The family lived in several states before settling in Texas.
“A Time to Plant”
Lisa , affectionately called by her family and friends, attended the public schools in the state of resident, graduating in 1992, from LBJ High School in Austin, Texas. Lisa had a good Christian foundation and accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at the family church, Mount Moriah Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Reverend L. R. White. She remained with the church until graduation, then attended as her time allowed her, until her death. Lisa attended Austin Community College and worked at IRS as a tax examiner. She also worked as a Census Representative.
“A Time to Play and Work”
Lisa enjoyed being around her family, especially her niece and nephews for she was their only Aunt. She surrounded herself with fun, love and continuous laughter. Enjoyed social media and collecting antique dolls. She was a happy person that will be truly missed.
“A Time to Die”
Lisa life’s journey ended at home on July 2, 2018, surrounded with love. Waiting in Heaven, Lisa will see her fraternal grandparents, James Odis and Ruby Fletcher, her maternal grandparents, Dock and Franklin Vincent, along with aunts, uncles, and cousins.
“A Time to Weep”
Lisa was blessed with forty-four years and she leaves in God’s hands to cherish her memories are her parents, Odis and Lonnie Fletcher, her sister, Rhonda and her husband, Garland; her nephews, Breylin Isaac, Lateryn Alexander, Jacoryn Isaac, and Lekoilyn Isaac; one niece, Tasialyn Alexander; two aunts, Deloros Vincent-Smith and Ethel Ann Cook; one uncle, Larry Vincent, and a host of other relatives and friends, including her Facebook Family.
