Ester M. Smith, 70, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, formerly of Taylor, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2016. The family will receive guests at the Elgin Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Saturday, September 24th. A Home Going Celebration will be conducted at the Elgin Funeral Home on Saturday, September 24th at 11:00 AM with Reverend Willie Simmons officiating. Interment will follow at the Elgin Latin Cemetery.
