Danny Charles Davis, 68, of Round Rock, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021.  Family and Friends will celebrate Danny's Life at Elgin Funeral Home, on Saturday, February 27th at 10:00 AM with Reverend James Davis officating.  A private inurnment will follow at a later date.

Danny Charles Davis was born in the small community of Taylor, Texas on October 10, 1952 to the union of Mr. and Mrs. James Arthur Davis, Sr. Danny attended O. L. Price School and Taylor High School. Danny grew up with a strong Christian foundation and accepted Christ and was a member of Zion Chapel Baptist in Taylor, Texas.

At the age of sixty-eight, Danny heard the voice of Jesus and left his earthly tabernacle on Thursday, February 4, 2021, to join those love ones waiting in heaven, Danny will join his parents, and the love of his life Gloria J. Brooks Davis. Danny led a rewarding and active life as he desired for this legacy he established is priceless.

Danny leaves in God’s hands to cherish his memories are his two daughters, LaTonya Miles (Bill Miles), and LaTasha Davis of Georgetown, Texas, two grandchildren; Tavian Miles and LaKasha Davis; three brothers: Reverend James A. Davis (Yvonne Massey) of Austin, Texas; Ronnie Davis of Elgin, Texas; and Michael Davis of Taylor, Texas; two sisters: Marilyn Davis Bowie (Humphrey) of Lewisville, Texas; Renee Davis Owens (Norman) of Elgin, Texas; and a host nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
