Cline Henry Meredith, 68, of Elgin, Texas went to his Eternal Fishing Hole on October 3, 2021. Cline was born on May 28, 1953, the first-born child to Joe and Alberta Meredith in Austin, Texas. Cline has touched so many lives. Cline would give you his last - he gave us life lessons we will forever remember.
Cline is making a way in heaven for the loved ones he leaves behind, his devoted wife of thirty years, Velma Meredith; his children, Bobby Meredith, Marcus Calhoun and wife, Carrie, Randall Calhoun and wife, Patty, Sandra Roller, and Heather Calhoun; his grandchildren, Anthony and Aiden Salazar, Ashley and Paige Walker, Kole Lee, Preston and Abigail Calhoun, Leah and Miaka Dobbs; Cline’s Parents, Joe and Alberta Meredith; his sisters, Pamela and husband, Ricky Winslett, Belinda and husband, Howard Jackson, Judie and husband, Tony Gonzalez, Janie Meredith, and Theresa and husband, Dwayne Bowe; one brother, Joe Meredith, Jr., and wife, Trish; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nephews, great-nieces; extended family and dear friends. He will be truly missed. Our hearts will always have a hole where he will live forever.
Family and friends will gather for Cline’s “Gone Fishing” Memorial Service at Elgin Memorial Park, Saturday, November 13th at 10:00 AM with lunch to be serve around 12:30 PM, with an exchange of Cline's stories. We look forward to seeing all Cline’s family and friends.
The practice of social distancing will be encouraged. Please be mindful of the elderly loved ones. Please wear your mask when close to others. Most importantly please be respectful of those that choose to wear their mask or not to wear their mask.
