June 3, 2023

Clarisa Milligan, 65, of Austin, passed away early Saturday morning, June 3, 2023.  She will lie In State at Elgin Funeral Home on Friday, June 16th from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM.  A Home Going Celebration will be held at Park Springs Missionary Baptist Church of Manor at 10:00 AM with Pastor Adolphus Anderson presiding.  Interment will follow at Park Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
