Charles Henry Werchan, III, 26, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2017. Family gathered for a vigil to pray the Holy Rosary on Tuesday, February 21st at 7:00 PM. A Celebration of Christian Burial Mass was conducted at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Elgin on Wednesday, February 22nd at 10:00 AM with Father George officiating. Interment was private.
