Billie Ruth Harrington Williams, 82, went to be with the Lord on February 20, 2012. She was born on March 26, 1929 to Harry Herrington and Mary Jane Collier Herrington. Billie lived most of her life in San Angelo, Texas with her husband, Thomas W. Williams and worked as a beautician instructor most of her years.
