Barbara Clestine. Smith, 71, retired IBM project manager of Camp Swift, formerly of Austin, Texas, passed away at her home, surrounded by family and friends, Saturday morning, November 13, 2012. She was born to Clara and Clinton Rogers in Kerman, California on May 5, 1941.
