Baby girl, Avyana Faith Hernandez, passed away Thursday afternoon, October 19, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. Avyana was born to doting and loving parents, Stephanie Solorio and Xavier Hernandez on October 4, 2015. The family will received guests at the Elgin Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a Vigil for the Holy Rosary prayed at 7:00 PM Tuesday, October 24th. A Celebration of Christian Burial Mass will be conducted at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Elgin with Father George officiating at 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 25th. Inurment will be private.
